The balmy summer days make for one happy head chef, who suddenly finds himself with a whole new bounty of seasonal ingredients and produce. So what’s the result? A brand new summer menu, jam packed with fresh flavours, savouring the very best of North Yorkshire.
Taking a relaxed approach to your summer dining, Gareth has created a light menu, with dishes inspired by the summer plants and blooming countryside surrounding the estate.
Our favourite is the hand dived king scallops, confit of chicken wings, cauliflower, curry and coastal vegetables, washed down with the cold, fresh glass of Riesling.
