Wedding and Events Co-ordinator

 We are looking for a Wedding & Events coordinator to join our existing award-winning team. This role will suit someone in a similar role or someone with a desire to develop into the role from an operational background. This is a hands-on roll and will include operational running of the wedding day.

The Wedding & Events coordinator responsibilities will include:

• Have a proven track record in the industry and execution of weddings & events in a similar environment

• Must have F&B experience

• Be responsible for dealing with enquiries from potential clients, carrying out show-rounds

• Be responsible for the management of all events and ensure customer satisfaction

• Planning other events

Ideal Wedding Planner looking to apply will need the following experience and attributes:

• Experienced Wedding planning with success at delivering on a consistent scale

• Excellent communicator at all levels

• Level headed and confident problem solver

• Ability to multitask is essential

• Be outgoing and polite individual looking to join a prestigious business

• Have a good understanding of the importance of working to timescale deadlines

• Happy to work hours needed to complete tasks

• Comfortable working evening and weekends

• Have worked in a similar roll

Wage negotiable dependent upon experience.
