The start of Spring, we'll be hosting our second evening wine dinner of the year, this time it's the turn of French winery, Hugel wines.
On the evening, Gareth Rayner will be pairing a five course tasting menu, and a different Hugel wine will be served with each course.
Founded in 1639, Hugel wines is based in Riquewihr, in the north-eastern France region. Still very much a family run business, with the 12th generation now at its helm, the wine is renowned for its use of Grand Cru on its vineyards, planted with only the noble grape varieties of Alsace.
