The Marshmallowist shares the secrets on how to master marshmallow making – from flavour combinations to whipping the lightest of fluffs and decorating your mallow creations. With flavours ranging from Raspberry & Champagne to Passionfruit & Ginger this is your chance to get truly experimental with your confectionery.
Each guest can try their hand at all stages of the making process- including boiling up aromatic fruit purees and fluffing mixture into perfect peaks , hand cutting and taking home their own box of personalised Marshmallowist mallows.
All equipment and aprons will be provided.
About The Marshmallowist
The Marshmallowist, handcrafts soufflé marshmallows from fresh market fruits, organic herbs and boutique alcohol. Having trained as a Chocolatier in Paris but starting her business on a Portobello Road Market stall- Oonagh Simms creates decadent Marshmallows in grown up flavours- with a French- soufflé like texture and a signature London edge.
The Marshmallowist is now stocked by leading luxury retailers throughout the UK including Selfridges, Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Her first recipe book with Penguin Random House ‘The Marshmallowist’ was released in July 2016
