Join us for our weekly pilates sessions in The Old Forge Barn. Our in-house pilates instructor, Kate Airey, is here to help you learn great practice and to show you how to focus on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. The classes will be suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Classes will run for a six week period.
Please book in advance so Kate knows how many to expect for the session.
The first Wednesday pilates session starts on Wednesday 10 January

PRICE: £30 for six sessions. Maximum of 12 people per class. Payment in full at booking.
