Join us at The Main House for this full day beginner’s course learning to master the art and technique of bread making.
Throughout the day, head chef Gareth Bottomley, will guide you through a series of sweet and savoury breads for you to take home. You’ll learn everything from the basics, such as kneading and proving to the more technical, such as learning how to infuse and flavour different styles of dough.
Gareth will teach you four recipes, including chocolate and orange loaf, olive oil bread, fig and caramelized onion focaccia and yoghurt flat bread. After you’ve made your breads, the group will sit down for a two-course lunch at The Coach House, served with your freshly made yoghurt flat breads.
