Join us for a day workshop to understand the basics making delicious breads. Using traditional methods and local, organic ingredients, you'll learn to make four different breads from olive oil bread, raisin and rosemary loaf, sun-dried tomato and garlic focaccia to yoghurt flatbreads.
The Main House head chef, David Martin, will cover texture, kneading, proving and baking. Giving you the confidence to recreate the loaves at home, just in time for Christmas.
On arrival, David will talk through the day over hot chocolate and artisan pastries, before you take part in a hands-on cookery session. A seasonal lunch, served at The Coach House, is included, accompanied by a glass or two of fizz.
