Not long now…

We’re getting closer to announcing when we’ll be opening reservations for #FORGE.

Tucked away on The Old Farm, once neglected farm buildings the new restaurant will serve innovative dishes, created using locally sourced ingredients harvested from the estate or reared by the local farming community.

You’ll have the choice between the unusual nine course tasting menu or the five-course set menu, using foraged produce. The menus will change with the seasons and will be influenced by what Head Chef, Gareth Rayner harvests that morning.

FORGE will be open four nights a week for evening reservation only, styled with open brick walls, a roaring oaky open fire and natural lighting the restaurant sets the rustic scene for each intricate dish to be served.
