We’re super excited to tell you that our new Restaurant, FORGE will open its doors to diners on 6th December.
FORGE will be open Wednesday to Saturday for evening reservations only. Diners can choose between the nine-course tasting menu or the five course set menu created by Head Chef, Gareth Rayner, using ingredients grown and foraged from the estate and trusty local farming community.
We can’t wait to try the dishes as we’ve heard it’s filled with lots of unusual ingredients and flavours. The Estate Sommelier has worked closely with James and Rebecca to create a wine list full of hard to find bottles, the list will be also be used to curate the wine pairing menu with will change daily, depending on the changes to the dishes.
When we asked Gareth what he’s enjoyed most preparing for he told us “The last year has been amazing, working closely with the gardeners, foraging and sourcing local ingredients creating dishes inspired by the everchanging produce that surrounds us.”
THE FORGE will be open from 6th December the restaurant will be open from Wednesday to Saturday only. The tasting menu will be a guide of £75 per person, wine pairing is an additional £45 per person.
