Not forgetting New Year…
Ok so, Christmas will be coming to end and New Year’s Eve is kind of the last hoorah before the January blues strike (Don’t worry well soon be sharing our guide to get rid of those! Click here to be kept in the know)
If the thought of planning your own New Year’s soiree is sending your head into a tizz, well we might have the answer, which means you can focus on what’s really important, the dancing and feasting (of course!), and leave us to worry about the rest.
So, after testing out our Christmas cocktail menu (we’ll take two locally brewed Expresso Martinis, please), we came up with the below:
A New Year’s Eve Knees up at The Fig House:
(£80pp excluding wine)
Arrival fizz, lavish three course dinner, (one of our favourite) live singers, and lengthy cocktail menu!
A Seasonal Tasting Celebration at Forge:
(£110pp excluding wine)
Forge’s first New Year’s Eve! A seasonal, innovative tasting menu created by Head Chef, Gareth Rayner. When it gets close to 12 pick up the fizz and make your way to the Fig House to party the night away.
What are you waiting for?
After a night of dancing, reserving a cosy bedroom will the perfect treat (you may as well start the New Year as you mean to go on!). The next morning you can soak away any sore heads in a super bubbly bathtub, then make your way to the Coach House for a hearty breakfast, endless amounts of coffee… and a Bloody Mary (or three!).
If you don’t think you’ll make breakfast, why not reserve a table for lunch? It’s New Year’s Day afterall, get a glass of fizz back in your hand and celebrate!
Remember to pop in for a catch up with us throughout December, there’ll be plenty of fragrant mulled wine and homemade mince pies for you to order and tuck into by the fireside. Not forgetting our Christmas Shop at The Coach House for all those last-minute stocking fillers.
