We are looking for an enthusiastic Chef De Partie to join the large brigade.

Job Specification:

• Take charge of designated sections throughout the kitchen

• Be responsible for all produce, storage and health and hygiene protocols

• Experience working as a chef De Partie at a 2/3 Rosette level is essential

• Be time efficient, punctual and committed

• Be approachable and have a keen eye for fine detail

• Maintain a high standard of professionalism at all times

• Have the drive to develop your own skills
