Middleton Lodge is a country estate based in North Yorkshire, located on the estate are two restaurants, hotel (45 bedrooms), treatment rooms, a walled garden and two wedding venues.
In this role you will manage all marketing across each all aspects of the estate, under the supervision of the MD, general manager and wider management team.
Experience in the Hospitality sector is required.
•Planning, developing and implementing effective communication campaigns across the different departments
•Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to the management team
•Writing and proofreading creative copy, including brochures, menus, website, blogs, social media and advertorial copy
•Maintaining the website and looking at data analytics
•Analysing and manage PPC campaigns, with the help of the digital marketing team
•Updating and managing databases, and creating monthly and solus newsletters to distribute to targeted audiences
•Promoting estate events through all communication channels
•Managing all social media channels and creating daily content for each social channel, including videos
•Overseeing and implementing social media promotions and advertising
•Organising and overseeing photoshoots
•Overseeing advertising spend and placement, and briefing graphic designer on all ad-specs and ensuring all deadlines are met
•Experience in the Hospitality sector is required
•At least 2-3 years’ experience working in the marketing industry
•Experience working with Adobe Design software including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
•Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
