The social aspects of sustainability are vital; our teams play a huge role in creating, continuing and adding to the measures we roll-out to have as little impact on the environment as possible.
Many of the people who work on the estate have grown up in the surrounding area and are passionate about utilising and furthering their skills. We work together to have a tight-knit family feel.
There is a large team at Middleton Lodge Estate, ensuring the health and vitality of each department is very important. We offer training and development to ensure each team member has access to the skills they need to learn more about their profession.
We believe a good work/life blend improves creativity and productivity. We encourage reducing screen time where possible and ask the team to walk around the estate during their meetings where possible.
