This June, join Coach House Head Chef Ross Forder for an evening BBQ Masterclass; a laid-back but expertly led session on open-fire cooking.
Kicking things off with a welcome drink, Ross will introduce you to prime cuts, alternative ingredients from the garden, and the art of seasoning; think dry rubs, marinades, and the secret to perfectly balanced flavours.
Then, using locally sourced lamb from owner James Allison’s brother, Paul, Ross will guide you through the basics of butchery, focusing on the cuts that really matter.
There’ll be plenty of time for questions before everyone sits down to enjoy a long-table BBQ feast, straight off the grill.
