Spend the afternoon with our Forge head chef, Jake Jones, at Forge (the estate’s Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star-awarded restaurant), learning how to create the key elements of the ‘Beer Bread & Butter’ course at Forge. On arrival, you’ll enjoy a delicious ‘English mushroom biscuit – Barncliffe Mascarpone -Summer Truffle’ with tea or coffee before head chef Jake then starts the workshop with an introduction. You’ll begin creating the key elements of the course, and Jake will be there to show and guide you through each process. At the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a recipe handout, a bottle of beer vinegar, a freshly baked loaf of bread, a can of our Forge beer and an assortment of butters to enjoy at home.

Workshop Terms & Conditions:
1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Should you wish to transfer your booking to another guest’s name, please contact our reservations team directly.
3. Cancellations made up to one month before the event will receive a 50% refund. After this point, tickets are non-refundable.
4. A minimum of eight guests is needed for the workshop to proceed. If this minimum isn’t met and we need to cancel, a full refund will be provided.
