Join Annabelle, our resident yoga instructor, in the Thermal Spa for an early morning Hatha-based flow yoga session. The 60-minute session focuses on movement and breath, creating mind-body awareness whilst awakening and energising your senses. Beginning with longer holds and stretches, using strength over momentum, you’ll gradually build heat in the body through mindful movements that challenge your balance. Leave feeling calm and re-energised; balanced for the day ahead.
Important Information:
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. This ensures a calm atmosphere and gives you time to settle in.
Pre-booking: Pre-bookings are essential to secure your spot. Yoga mats will be provided, so no need to bring your own.
Late arrivals: If you arrive late, unfortunately, you will not be allowed in to avoid disturbing other participants.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a link to complete your booking online. Your details will then be shared with your instructor, Annabelle.
Pre- and postnatal participants are welcome. Please let Annabelle know at the start of the class so she can offer the right support.
Sessions can be booked as a block (pricing below) or individually (£15pp per session).
