Come along for our summer forage, pickle and preserve workshop hosted by our Coach House, head chef, Ross Forder. July is a joyous time on the estate, a time where everything blooms and in this exciting workshop, you’ll learn the art of preserving. After a tour of the two-acre walled garden to collect the produce you’ll be using, you’ll head back to the gin terrace and learn the basic skillset for salting, sweet preserves, and pickling with vinegars. It’s a fun and exciting workshop and you’ll leave with a small jar of dressing, pickled garden produce and recipe cards.
There’ll be light bites available throughout the workshop, but you can always book a table for lunch at the Coach House afterwards.

Please wear suitable, outdoor footwear.
