Join Nuala, our resident yoga instructor, for an early-morning Hatha-based flow in the tranquil setting of the Thermal Spa. This 60-minute session focuses on mindful movement and breath, cultivating strength, balance and body awareness while gently awakening the senses.
Beginning with longer, grounding holds and deep stretches, the practice emphasises control and strength over momentum. As the flow unfolds, heat is gradually built through slow, intentional transitions that challenge stability and focus. The result is a calm yet energised state, leaving you feeling centred, refreshed and ready for the day ahead.
After the session, why not continue the morning at the Coach House? Stop by for a takeaway coffee, or stay a little longer and enjoy breakfast in relaxed surroundings.

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins to allow time to settle in.
