In this invigorating flow class our resident yoga instructor, Annabelle, will guide you to synchronise movement with breath. The sequence of asanas (poses) will allow you to stretch and build heat in the body, whilst challenging your strength, balance and awareness. After flowing through the movements, you’ll leave feeling energised and aligned, with a clear focus ready for the day ahead.
Important Information:
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. This ensures a calm atmosphere and gives you time to settle in.
Pre-booking: Pre-bookings are essential to secure your spot. Yoga mats will be provided, so no need to bring your own.
Late arrivals: If you arrive late, unfortunately, you will not be allowed in to avoid disturbing other participants.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a link to complete your booking online. Your details will then be shared with your instructor, Annabelle.
Pre- and postnatal participants are welcome. Please let Annabelle know at the start of the class so she can offer the right support.
