Open for set evenings throughout the year, Forge is a more refined restaurant on the Estate. Here, head chef Jake Jones creates and serves a tasting menu inspired by the estate which is guided by the Old Farmer’s Almanac. 

Inspired by the seasons, but more so the elements, he uses unusual cooking methods to devise a dining experience true to the estate.

Jake also works closely with head gardener Andrew to ensure he has the produce needed for each tasting menu he creates. 

When the ingredients required cannot be grown onsite Jake has a small-knit community of farmers and foragers that he works with to ensure he has the most responsibly reared ingredients possible for his creations.
