Located on the Old Farm, there are eleven individually designed rooms here.

The Palladian Georgian Main House remains the family residence. Seventeen bedrooms, available for exclusive hire on selected dates through the year.
Whole houses for groups, families and longer stays. Cook for yourselves or book into the restaurants. The Farmhouse living space has a log burning stove.

Frequently asked questions
Before you arrive
Yes. We have family rooms across the estate, some with bunk beds and others with space for fold down beds. Let our reservations team know when you book. There is an additional charge of £30 per child, per night, settled at check out. Cots and baby monitors are available on request, again please tell us when booking.
Yes of course. We just ask that you book in advance.
Five rooms are available for overnight stays with well-behaved dogs, all at the Coach House, with an additional charge of £30 per stay. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and are not allowed in the Walled Gardens or Orchard because of the growing produce.
We also ask that dogs are kept away from the animals on site. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the Coach House snug area and courtyard. Guide dogs are welcome across the estate.
Residents can explore the Walled Gardens between 7am and 9am each morning. Please check ahead of arrival if there is an exclusive hire event in the walled gardens, if there is not you can explore the gardens from 7am – 11.30am.
Yes. All hotel guests need a reservation before arrival.
We have one accessible room, in the Coach House.
We have a number of charging units for residents to use. There is a cost attached, and our reservations team can tell you more.
The pool and spa are not included in your stay and must be booked separately.
Parking is complimentary, please let our reservations team know your registration at check in.
Check-out times vary by room, with some at 10.30am. Please confirm yours when booking.
Fifty eight bedrooms across the estate including the cottages and the Main House, each individually designed and split into categories: shepherd’s huts, cosy rooms, comfy rooms, hot tub rooms and cottages.
Hot tubs are found in selected Dairy and Potting Shed bedrooms, the Dog House Rooms, and at Dairy Cottage.
The Tack Room at the Coach House, Dairy 4 and 5, and the Head Gardener’s Cottage. The Farmhouse living space has one too.
