A balanced and strengthening Pilates class designed to help you move with ease, build strength, and restore alignment. Set within the calm surroundings of Middleton Lodge Estate, this gentle yet effective session offers time to reconnect with your body through mindful movement.
Led by experienced practitioner Kate Airey, this class focuses on core stability, controlled movement, posture, and breathwork to improve strength, mobility, and overall body alignment. Suitable for all levels, it is a supportive and inclusive session designed to help you move with confidence and build long term wellbeing.
Important Information
Age: 16+
Yoga mats will be provided
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle into the space
Late arrivals will not be admitted to avoid disruption to the session
Your session will be guided by your instructor, Kate Airey, who will support you throughout
Pre- and postnatal participants are welcome; please inform Kate at the start of the class so appropriate support can be offered
Changing rooms are unavailable, so we kindly ask that you arrive ready for your session
You are welcome to enjoy a visit to the Coach House before or after your class
