Led by Nuala, this one-hour class focuses on slow, supportive movement paired with mindful breathwork. The practice is designed to release tension while softly energising the body, offering a calm and balanced start to the day in a nature-inspired setting.
Important Information
• Age: 16+
• Yoga mats will be provided
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle into the space
• Late arrivals will not be admitted to avoid disruption to the session
• Your session will be guided by your coach, Nuala, who will support you throughout
• Pre- and postnatal participants are welcome; please inform Nuala at the start of the class so appropriate support can be offered. nualaflows@gmail.com
