The Art of Letting Go is a guided breathwork experience designed to help you release, reset and reconnect.
Through an introduction to functional breathing and the nervous system, you’ll begin to understand how your body holds stress, and how to gently shift out of survival mode. With guided breath awareness and a SOMA Breath journey focused on emotional release, this session creates a safe and supportive space to let go of what no longer serves you.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, emotionally clearer and deeply rested, with a renewed sense of balance and space to simply be.
To close, a warm herbal tea and time to enjoy the company of like-minded guests.
Good to know:
Warm, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is recommended. Mats are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own, along with an eye mask, cushion and blanket where possible. The Fig House bar will be open should you prefer an alternative drink to close.
Booking:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made up to one month before the event receive a 50% refund; after this point tickets are non-refundable.
