Spend an evening at the Georgian Main House with Coach House head chef Ross Forder, who’ll guide you through the art of baking the perfect mince pies.
Ross will start with a quick demo before it’s your turn to get hands-on and create your own festive batch. Once baked on the estate, the pies will be wrapped for you to take home, along with brandy mascarpone and chocolate truffle treats.
Arrival drinks are included, and if you’d like to linger afterwards, the Main House bar will be open for warm drinks and snacks. Each guest will take home four mince pies, plus the festive extras.
Workshop terms
1. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking.
2. Bookings can be transferred to another guest – just let the reservations team know.
3. Cancellations up to one month before the event receive a 50% refund. After this, tickets are non-refundable.
4. A minimum of five guests is required for the workshop to go ahead. If we need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.
