Begin your day slowly with a guided sunrise yoga session in the tranquil surroundings of the Forest Spa. As the morning light settles, this 60-minute Hatha-based flow invites you to reconnect with your body through movement and breath.
Led by resident instructor Nuala, the session focuses on building awareness between mind and body, gently awakening and energising your senses. You’ll begin with longer holds and stretches, using strength over momentum, before moving into a steady flow that gradually builds warmth and challenges balance.
You’ll leave feeling calm, grounded, and ready for the day ahead.
• Age: 16+
• Yoga mats will be provided
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle into the space
• Late arrivals will not be admitted to avoid disruption to the session
• Your session will be guided by your coach, Nuala, who will support you throughout
• Pre- and postnatal participants are welcome; please inform Nuala at the start of the class so appropriate support can be offered. nualaflows@gmail.com
