Gently reconnect with your body in a calm and supportive setting at Middleton Lodge Estate, with this carefully guided postnatal Pilates workshop led by Kate Airey.

Kate Airey is a highly experienced practitioner with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation and more than 18 years of expertise supporting clients in their health and wellbeing. As a qualified pre and postnatal Pilates instructor, she specialises in guiding women safely through pregnancy and the postpartum period. Through her business, Nurtured Warrior, Kate takes a holistic and personalised approach, helping individuals build strength, restore balance, and feel confident in their bodies.

Join Kate Airey, an experienced Sports Rehabilitation specialist and pre and postnatal Pilates instructor, for a supportive workshop focused on rebuilding strength, core and pelvic floor recovery, posture, breathing, and managing common postnatal issues. Designed to restore confidence, functional movement, and long term wellbeing.

Kate’s postnatal Pilates workshop focuses on safe and effective recovery after birth. The session covers core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, breathing techniques, posture, and alignment. It also provides guidance on managing common postnatal concerns such as back pain and abdominal separation. Participants will learn how to progress exercises appropriately, regain functional movement, and develop supportive, personalised routines that enhance long-term recovery and wellbeing.
