Ease into your morning with a restorative Vinyasa session set within the peaceful surroundings of the Forest Spa. Led by Nuala, this one-hour class focuses on slow, supportive movement paired with mindful breathwork. The practice is designed to release tension while energising the body, offering a balanced start to the day in a nature-inspired setting.

Age: 16+
Yoga mats will be provided
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle into the space
Late arrivals will not be admitted, to avoid disruption to the session
Your session will be guided by your coach, Nuala, who will support you throughout

Changing rooms are unavailable, so we kindly ask that you arrive ready for your session
