Start your morning with a gentle sense of calm in the Forest Spa. This early morning Hatha-based flow invites you to move with intention, reconnect with your breath, and ease into the day ahead.
Led by resident instructor Nuala, the 60-minute session focuses on mindful movement and breathwork to build awareness between body and mind. Beginning with longer holds and stretches, using strength over momentum, the practice gradually builds warmth through controlled, flowing sequences that softly challenge your balance.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, re-energised, and ready for the day ahead.
Important Information
• Age: 16+
• Yoga mats will be provided
• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle into the space
• Late arrivals will not be admitted to avoid disruption to the session
• Your session will be guided by your coach, Nuala, who will support you throughout
• Pre- and postnatal participants are welcome; please inform Nuala at the start of the class so appropriate support can be offered. nualaflows@gmail.com
• Changing rooms are unavailable, so we kindly ask that you arrive ready for your session
