Join Jessica from Reform in the Fig House for our November Sound Bath Event. With a warm, candlelit ambience, the experience will begin with a serene sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, angelic vocals, and sensory instruments, encouraging you to allow your mind and body to become calm and deeply relaxed.
After the workshop, the estate will be serving delicious, mulled wine in the Boiler Bar, where the fires will be lit, the perfect place to enjoy a drink and connect with the sound bath community.
Dress code:
Comfy, loose clothing. Guests are asked to bring their own yoga mats, alternatively, you could bring a sheepskin or something comfortable to lie on, like a thick blanket. We also recommend bringing a blanket, a pillow, socks, and an eye mask or eye pillow (optional).
Sound healing is suitable for many people; however, there are a few conditions where it may not be advised. These include people with epilepsy, fitted pacemakers, and those in the first trimester of pregnancy or nearing childbirth. If you’re unsure whether sound healing is suitable for you, please get in touch with Jessica at jessica@reformcommunity.co.uk. Please arrive on time, ideally 10 minutes early – so you can settle into the space. The event will start promptly, and unfortunately, late arrivals may not be able to join once the session has begun.
Workshop Terms & Conditions:
1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Should you wish to transfer your booking to another guest’s name, please contact our reservations team directly.
3. Cancellations made up to one month before the event will receive a 50% refund. After this point, tickets are non-refundable.
4. A minimum of eight guests is needed for the workshop to proceed. If this minimum isn’t met and we need to cancel, a full refund will be provided.
