You are invited to ease into summer evenings with a gentle, flowing Vinyasa practice, held in the peaceful setting of the Stalls Lounge and guided by Nuala.
This one hour session moves with quiet continuity, weaving breath and movement together to create a sense of strength, softness and release. It is an opportunity to slow down, to reset and to leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply at ease.

This experience is open to those aged 16 and over
Yoga mats are provided for your comfort
Please arrive ten minutes early to settle gently into the space
Late arrival may mean entry is not possible, to preserve the flow of the session
Nuala will guide and support you throughout your practice
Pre and postnatal guests are welcome. Please inform Nuala at the start of your class or in advance at nualaflows@gmail.com
Changing facilities are not available, so we kindly ask that you arrive ready
